Summary: 
Supports the operational staff of the AAC facility. Answers calls and transfers them to their appropriate destinations. Reserves conference rooms for general meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.
&amp;bull; Designated main contact for all Operation calls including answers and transfers;
&amp;bull; Greets scheduled visitors and directs to appropriate area or person;
&amp;bull; Retrieves and enters all employee scheduling
&amp;bull; Organizes and maintains filing and record keeping system; 
&amp;bull; Acts as liaison between vendors, suppliers and subcontractors as directed by manager;
&amp;bull; Maintains calendar of events for department, schedules/coordinates, reserves and prepares for meetings including Facility Manager, staff and safety meetings and sends out reminders;
&amp;bull; Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes, and make copies of correspondence or other printed material and distributes incoming departmental mail,
&amp;bull; Maintains help desk and work order requests;
&amp;bull; Prepares special and timely reports by providing research, gathering data, assembling and summarizing information in a presentation format for equipment downtime, data entry, and customizing reports for management;

Summary: 
Coordinates, monitors and supervises execution of all arena events. Oversees all event operational matters for the facilities major tenants (Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Desperados) while taking into account the overall management of the facility and provides assistance to other departments to ensure facility readiness and post event operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Supervises/monitors the facility&amp;rsquo;s event workflow for all departments including Concession, Operations, Guest Services and Security to ensure a successful arena event while overseeing a staff of part-time and event staff employees,
Conducts physical inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure correct setup and safety for patrons
Creates event memos and reports detailing facility set up for events and recommends any changes necessary to reduce facilities expenses and increase event revenue.
Assists ESM and Operations Manager in facility scheduling and event calendar maintenance for coordination of clients/tenants specific events requirements.
Interacts with public in areas of customer service, problem solving, and stressful conflicts and under time constraints.

Assists other trade personnel in making repairs, renovations, and modifications to equipment and facilities at the facility including seats and all suites;
Operates facility golf carts as required;
Performs minor repairs on facility equipment following prescribed and generally accepted practices, policies and procedures;
Adheres to and provides recommendations to supervisors regarding operating policy, procedures, practices, and safety standards at the facility.
Qualifications: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee should also have the following qualifications:
Experience/Education: 
High school diploma or GED required;
One year of basic mechanic experience; 
Must have basic mechanic and power tools experience;

To help us create this basketball theme park, we are looking for 15-20 enthusiastic Attraction Managers.
Responsibilities:
&amp;bull; Motivate, manage and nurture multiple shifts of 10 &amp;ndash; 20 volunteers over the course of the 6-day event
&amp;bull; Provide FANTASTIC customer service to one hundred thousand fans, NBA clients, and all 2500 Jam Session staff members
&amp;bull; Oversee all operational and safety aspects of 1-3 interactive attractions
&amp;bull; Ensure attraction and surrounding areas are clean and safe at all times
&amp;bull; Assist in all administrative aspects of managing a 1500 person volunteer workforce (i.e. orientation preparations, welcome packet compilation, etc.)
Requirements:
&amp;bull; Positive demeanor with excellent stamina
&amp;bull; Event / hospitality experience
&amp;bull; Volunteer experience
&amp;bull; Management experience 
&amp;bull; Ability to work with people of all ages &amp;amp; backgrounds
&amp;bull; Familiarity with basketball a must, coaching experience a plus
